"As a teenage athlete, I suffered from chronic shoulder dislocations. After TWO unsuccessful Putty-Platt procedures, I dislocated during a semi-pro football game and was taken to NY Hospital's Emergency Room. After many unsuccessful attempts to reduce my shoulder, the decision was made to sedate me as the attempts were very painful. Since the surgery, my hip has become completely pain free and I am more active than ever!"

"I had been suffering with progressive spinal stenosis for several years; this initially caused pain and ultimately numbness and loss of control of my left leg. I sought help from HSS for a solution to my problem. I found a thoughtful surgical solution from Dr. Frank Cammisa. By three months I was walking half a mile, and by six months could walk all I wanted. The symptoms and disability were gone."
