Every runner deals with aches and pains. What you might not have considered is that your body mechanics, the way that your body moves in space and hits the ground when you run, are having a tremendous impact on your performance and your potential for injury over time. "The day of my surgery (my second knee after 11 years) was the hottest day in August. I arrived at HSS early AM via Uber (Type A first patient of the day who wants to be in and out!) started Sx at 8:01 AM (see what I mean?) and awakened without issue. After a day of using crutches, I return to work as an attorney without crutches, visit the next week with Dr. W who is amazed at the recovery (and the story) and begin physiotherapy at Princeton Physical Therapy with fantastic results. No pain (I am able to run again) and no limitations on movement. HSS, you have done it again!"

" I got hip surgery in the end of July so it would not interfere with school. In October I swam competitively in a swim meet, only three months after the surgery. I remember going to Dr. Kelly for an appointment and he was amazed that I was able to swim competitively so quickly. I was so eager to run again. I was able to gradually start running again that following March. By May, I completed my first triathlon."

"Hi Dr. Rozbruch, I Can't thank you enough! The Min and Max are insignificant and my right leg and left leg are within 1 percent which is well under the standard normal difference. As a cyclist I thought you would appreciate this, and as you being my Orthopedic Surgeon I can't tell you how much this old guy appreciates you! "
