Dr. Della Valle and Dr. Lingor:

I was a patient of Dr. Alejandro Gonzalez Della Valle two years ago for right knee pain, and I continue to deeply admire his professionalism and compassionate approach to care.

When I approached Dr. Della Valle, he immediately stepped away from what he was doing and invited me into his office to be properly assessed. He promptly ordered the necessary evaluations and referred me to Dr. Ryan Lingor, demonstrating both efficiency and genuine concern for my well-being.

Because of his immediate action and thoughtful care, I was able to attend my mother’s 88th birthday and enjoy a meaningful vacation in the Philippines - moments I might have otherwise missed.

I hope there will be more physicians like Dr. Della Valle who embody such professionalism, efficiency, and true compassion for their patients. For all of this, I extend my sincere gratitude and thanks to Dr. Alejandro Gonzalez Della Valle.

Dr. Andrew Sama is at the top of my list for the most professional, compassionate and truly caring doctor at HSS. He is one to beat when it comes to the earliest doctors to see their patients at the bedside. When he talks to his patients, he is very professional and caring, explaining everything in detail. He will treat you like he has known you for a long time, very approachable. He is the one who will take an extra mile to help his patients. There's no words to express how grateful I am to Dr. Sama for accommodating my requests even he is in the middle of his important work. He is always there for his patients. This is the kind of doctor that I would keep because of his professionalism, compassion, dedication and commitment in delivering health care to his patients without delays.
