I would like to share how truly impressive Dr. Ashley Weng - and her entire staff - were during my appointment on April 15, 2026. I arrived extremely nervous, fearing that the numbness radiating down my arm might require surgery. I had previously been told I had two pinched nerves and spinal compression that was narrowing the space for cerebrospinal fluid to travel down my spine, and I was desperate to avoid surgery at all costs.
After an incredibly thorough examination lasting approximately two hours, Dr. Weng determined that my symptoms were caused by carpal tunnel syndrome and were not related to my neck at all. Her recommendation was not to pursue surgery, which was an enormous relief and a moment of true gratitude for me.
I was also quite stressed upon arrival because heavy traffic had me worried I’d be late. I’d like to give a special thank-you to Paris, Dr. Weng’s assistant, who took my blood pressure and helped me calm down with deep breathing. She made me feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and at ease from the very beginning.
