Dancing is a way to express ourselves but also an expression of life. Dance as exercise can have multiple benefits beyond the stronger, leaner muscles it develops. "She had her hips replaced at HSS by Dr. Allan Inglis in 1970. It was a miracle. After healing, she was able to go back to her love of dancing and enjoyed living again. She died December 28, 2010, at 105-year-old with the same hips Dr. Inglis gave her in 1970."
