"It was when I realized that soon I would not be able to tie my shoes that I decided it was time to act. The operation and physical therapy could not have gone better. I did suffer from what i believe were very tight "hip flexors" and hot yoga helped resolve that problem. A year later, I ran a 5 mile Turkey Trot. I bought a new bicycle and have resumed "cautious" skiing. "

" Leading up to my surgery in January 2014, my riding had been compromised by increasing hip pain and weakness. It became difficult to dismount after riding and increasingly precarious to start off.
