"It was when I realized that soon I would not be able to tie my shoes that I decided it was time to act. The operation and physical therapy could not have gone better. I did suffer from what i believe were very tight "hip flexors" and hot yoga helped resolve that problem. A year later, I ran a 5 mile Turkey Trot.
