I made it to the pilgrimage in Spain! Two weeks of walking an average of 6 miles a day without pain, in and out of retreat house, and off and on planes, trains and automobiles. It was a welcome return to the life of exercise and movement that I enjoy, only 10 weeks post-surgery. Thank you all for the successful surgery that got me there. Your skill and care made a difference in my life and does for so many others.
