My story began 30 years ago when I had meniscus surgery on my right knee.

Over the years of wear and tear, I developed severe arthritis, bone to bone condition and many bone spurs around the knee.

I live a very active lifestyle while being in Global Sales and also being a Collegiate Baseball Umpire. I tried the shots to the knee over the past several years but it got to a point where it was time to consider full knee replacement.

After doing extensive research, I decided to meet with a surgeon at HSS. After my initial consult I knew immediately I was in the proper hands and in the right place. My surgeon and his PA Konstantinos, were very detailed and thorough explaining my condition and pathway to getting my knee fixed.

On the day of surgery he and members of the operating team stopped by to go over the game plan and answered all my questions making me feel at ease.

I remember telling my surgeon to "Get me back on the field" and his response was "For Sure".
