I decided to go to HSS after a friend of mine told me about Dr. Demetracopoulos. I knew after my first visit with him, he was the one I trusted to do my somewhat complicated surgery. I have had a foot deformity my whole life. I was 61 years young when I decided it was time. I’m always asked, Why did you wait so long to have something done?" My answer is it took me 61 years to find Dr. D. He took the time with me, studied my foot and my x-rays, and came up with a plan. I said let’s do it. I could not be happier with the outcome of my surgery. Dr. D. is a very kind and caring doctor. His expertise in his field of foot and ankle are above and beyond. He has changed my life. I’m able to walk again. The hospital is amazing as well as staff - it’s a very clean hospital. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Dr. D. is by far the best doctor. Thank you so much Dr. D. I will be FOREVER grateful to you. Also I have had ZERO pain from the first day. Dr. D. is above 5 stars!
