In May 2022, I was playing in a Sunday morning soccer game and tore my left ACL. Unfortunately I knew exactly what it was since I tore my right ACL back in 2013 while skiing. Though I was extremely discouraged, I knew right away where to go - Dr. Williams. After all he operated on my right knee ten years ago, and I have had no issues since.

After visiting Dr. Williams this time around, we decided it would be best to delay my surgery until the fall, and that I should do pre-op physical therapy beforehand. This is where I met Vinny Luppino. During the initial evaluation, Vinny assessed my injury, current strength level, and we discussed my goals of continuing to ski, run, hike, golf, and play soccer.

I had a few pre-op appointments with Vinny which were extremely helpful to prep for my operation. The operation itself was as smooth as it could possibly be. I was in and out of there in about six hours. Dr. Williams and his staff were incredibly efficient while remaining thorough on everything I needed for a fast and full recovery.

The physical therapy this time around was also much more efficient. Vinny worked with me through every appointment, evaluating the condition of my knee, and quickly building back strength in my knee and the muscles around it. With each appointment, he was great at explaining each exercise and why they were important for the sports I was looking to get back into. The work really paid off when I was able to play golf in 4 months, ski in 6 months, and get back on the soccer field in 7 months. I received phenomenal care from both Dr. Williams and Vinny, and I would recommend them both to anyone looking for a full recovery!
