I want to thank Dr. Jerabek, his team, and the whole staff at HSS for helping me get Back in the Game and get my life back. I developed arthritis in my hips and over the last 3 years I slowly lost my ability to move and was in chronic pain. It was very hard to do basic stuff (cooking, landscaping, home repair) at home and I had to watch more than participate. I couldn't play golf and I had to limit what I could do or where I could go with my family, which affected my overall health. It was depressing for me as well as my family.

Fast forward to a few hours after Dr. Jerabek replaced my right hip, I got out of bed and walked the hospital floor with the nurses. I couldn't believe it. I didn't even remember what my leg was capable of doing. I felt like Scrooge on Christmas morning. I had a new lease on life! It got even better after my left hip was replaced because I could walk fully on 2 legs without pain! I could bend over! I could put my shoes and socks on! You can't believe how exciting that was for me!

It's been a few months and I've started playing golf again. I have been able to swim and exercise again. I traveled to see my son graduate and went on vacation and didn't have to limit what I could do or where I could go.

Dr. Jerabek and his team made this possible for me and I want to thank them again for it. They were all confident they could help me and they did. The whole process was quick, efficient and for me, very pain free with no complications.

I would also like to thank the hospital staff and anesthesiologists. They made me relax, laugh and cheered me on all the way to the operating room.

I highly recommend Dr. Jerabek and HSS. They made a big difference in my life!
