Dr. Huang and his entire staff are incredible. I was having neck pain with numbness and weakness in my left arm due to herniated discs in my neck. After consulting with two other spine surgeons - one recommended a three disc fusion and the other a two disc fusion - I met with Dr. Huang. Dr. Huang takes his time to completely explain what he thinks is the best option for you (the wait is worth it). He answers all your questions and makes sure you are completely comfortable with his recommendations. As a 36-year-old with two young children and an active occupation, I need to maintain my mobility while being completely healed. Dr. Huang recommended a one level disc replacement at the C6-C7 level. I have complete mobility back with no lingering pain or weakness. I would not have the mobility I have now with the fusions. It was great to have an alternative option. I move better now then pre-surgery. I thank Dr. Huang, his entire staff, and HSS for their professionalism and care through my injury.
