So grateful to be Back in the Game thanks to Dr. Andrew Elliott! I am back to competitive ballroom dancing and traveling. I also just hiked the Grand Canyon South Rim!

A veteran NY Marathon finisher, lifelong athlete and dance/fitness instructor, I still inexplicably suffered a complete Achilles rupture while playing tennis and could no longer walk normally or for more than a few blocks. HSS was hands-down the place I chose after family members' successful outcomes and Dr. Elliott was highly recommended by a colleague/fellow athlete. I knew I was in good hands upon first appointment with Dr. Elliott. He clearly explained the stages of healing and the weeks it would take before I could be back to ballroom dancing in high heels!

I totally agree with others who have shared that HSS staff was wonderful and I give them all top ratings! The surgery has given me my life back, and I am immersed in activities without restriction: dancing, walking, hiking and running better than ever.
