I am over two weeks out from my total knee replacement with Dr. Brian Chalmers. I continue to sing the praises of Dr. Chalmers, his staff and HSS. The seamlessness of the entire experience is something I could not have imagined. From the pre-op forms that are sent to the pre-op visit with the PT, x-ray department and physician Dr. Christine Yu to the day of surgery, I was continually impressed with the organization at the hospital. Everything ran according to schedule. The PACU RN, Ralph Amurao, was very attentive to me and his care enabled me to go home the day of surgery.
Any questions or concerns I had once I was home were answered quickly by Dr. Chalmers' team. I am grateful that I chose HSS and Dr. Chalmers. I am now beginning my journey to full recovery and hoping to visit my 5 grandchildren in Park City, Utah to hike and enjoy the outdoors with them once again. Thank you for letting me look forward to many years of good health.
