Last summer, I was training for a half marathon and was not feeling great. My husband encouraged me to use the HSS Performance team as a resource for my training. I was matched with Chelsea Long and her knowledge, insight and care were critical to my success. I finished the race and felt good doing it! I am confident without her support I would have hurt myself and created a long road to recovery. I had intended to no longer seek performance services after my race but Chelsea was so wonderful that I have continued seeing her and started a weight training program that has revolutionized my fitness routine. I feel stronger and better than I have in my adult life. Chelsea has taught me a lot about how to care for my body so I can continue my active lifestyle. What's even more impressive is that our sessions are virtual and she can still communicate effectively and have a great impact on my wellness. Thanks, Chelsea!
