Dr. Mayman is truly the best in his field. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and his bedside manner puts you at ease while he answers any questions from the start without rushing you.
I'm retired and never had any major surgery and therefore I had put off knee replacement for years because of being worried about a major operation so there was a lot of research done on different doctors and hospitals in the tri-state area.
After meeting Dr. Mayman for the first time, I felt fully confident in his skill there wasn't a question in my mind as to what needed to be done. I finally decided to have the total knee replacement on February 8th, 2020.
He worked with a medical and anesthesia team that was unbelievable. A little more than 2 hours I was talking with friends and they had me up with a walker that evening.
I left the hospital after just one day and now don't even give my activities another thought. No more cane or pain. I can't believe it. He gave me my life back! I wouldn't hesitate to see him again if needed. Thanks Dr. Mayman.
