I recently underwent metabolic testing with Kate Baird and had a very positive experience. From start to finish, Kate and was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She helped me identify my zones for training and within 2 months after the test I improved my PR in the 10K by 3 minutes to 40:15.
More importantly, Kate helped me get more out of my training, and made me notice how little time I spent on zone 2 and how much more fuel in the tank I had when it was time to push into zones 4 and 5. I really appreciate her following up after my key milestones for the year and look forward to coming back for another session later in the year.
