I have been a patient of HSS 3 times: in 1995 (left lower leg alignment), 2008 (left knee replacement), and 2011 (right knee replacement). Each and every time, the people of HSS show that they are truly special. From the person who you first meet at the door to your doctor and nursing staff and administrators, they both show and prove that HSS is a special place.
