Dr. Alberto Carli is the best surgeon I have ever come across in my life. He spent time answering all my questions and guided me towards wealth of information on HSS site to educate me on my total knee replacement surgery before the surgery.
He did not push me to get the surgery but worked with me until I was mentally ready.
Dr. Carli’s NYC office staff & Paramus office staff were super helpful & efficient. I always promptly got phone call back when I left messages. Also they showed that they cared by listening to my concerns and resolving them.
I live in NJ so all my pre-surgery clearances & post-surgery appointments were done at HSS Paramus, which was such a relief & blessing. I only needed to go to NYC for the surgery.
I also had best experience during my stay at HSS in NYC after my surgery. I have gone to many hospitals as a care taker for my husband & mother. My experience at HSS was by far the best. Help came within a minute when I rang call button. Caring & compassionate nurses & aids. Everyone always helped with smile on their face. I felt taken care of completely. Food was delicious, head chef came to ask if I needed anything else & if they can do anything else to make it better.
Dr. Carli came to see me every day during my stay at HSS.
