It was not an ordinary coincidence to come to HSS. It was a decision encouraged by the previous patients’ positive feedback about their experience at HSS. All criteria for success were met at this hospital.
My journey started when I came to HSS with a chronic shoulder pain that resulted from a previous unsuccessful surgery elsewhere. My case was a very complex one.
My success story started with the support of my country, United Arab Emirates, and making sure that we get the best health care in the most elite hospitals around the world because our government invests in its citizens and consider us the real counties’ treasure.
I was impressed with the speed of the International Central at HSS with arranging doctors’ appointments and also their effectiveness in problem solving. I should highlight here Mr. Taha Ellilly’s tremendous support and his comforting bright smile.
I was impressed with Dr. Dines detail orientation and his attentiveness to every element regarding my health condition. Dr. Dines thoroughly explained my shoulder medical issue and explained the causes and mapped out the possible medical solutions without forcing me to choose one plan or the other. That was one of the main reasons I trusted him and his expertise.
Here I took yet another positive step towards recovery. HSS staff worked tirelessly to make sure I was ready for my surgery and focused on my well-being. I chose to do a shoulder surgery because it was the best option to relief the chronic pain I have lived with daily.
The day of the surgery, HSS staff was happily welcoming their patients and their guests. In addition, Dr. Dines was giving me positive and comforting words. Post-surgery, everyone at International Center, HSS Staff and Dr. Dines were still very compassionate.
My positive experience at HSS urges me to express my upmost gratitude for everyone, particularly my county, for facilitating my trip to HSS to meet the incredibly specialists medically, scientifically and administratively.

عندما اخترت أتعالج في مستشفى HSS لم ذلك بمحض الصدفه فقد كان اختياري بناء على تحارب المرضى السابقين
جتمعت كل معايير النجاح في هذا المستشفى فقدت اتيت أعاني من الم شديد في الكتف نتيجة عدم نجاح العملية الجراحية الأولى لقد كان الأمر اكثر من معقد
بدأت قصة نجاح العلاج من حرص دولة الامارات العربيه المتحدة على علاج مواطنيها في افضل المستشفيات في العالم فهي تراهن دائما على الإنسان الإماراتي و تعتبره الثروة الحقيقية.
لقد كان للمكتب الدولي في مستشفى HSS الدور الكبير و الفعال في سرعة و تنسيق المواعيد وحل المعاضل الإدارية وهنا يحب الإشادة بالسيد طه الذي بابتسامته الرائعة في وجوه المرضى يكتب أولى خطوات العلاج.
كان لقائي الاول مع الدكتور داينس محط إعجابي نظرا لاهتمام الدكتور بأدق التفاصيل الطبيه عن حالتي وقد قام بشرح وضعي الطبي للكتف وبتوضيح المسببات ووضع الحلول المناسبة للعلاج بدون توجيهي الى حل معين وهذا كان مصدر كسب ثقة المريض في دكتوره المعالج.
لقد اخترت التدخل الجراحي في الكتف لكونه الخل الجذري لإزالة الألم وهنا بدأت خطوة جديدة من خطوات النجاح لقد لمست من فريق المستشفى كل اهتمام و كل تركيز على وضعي الصحي في سبيل تجهيزي للعملية الجراحيه وفق احدث الأساليب و الأنظمة الطبيه.
في يوم العمليه الحميع مهتم الحميع ينتظرون ضيفهم بكل ترحيب وحفاوه والدكتور داينس يبعث إشارات الاطمئنان.
بعد الانتهاء من العملية لازال الجميع يهتمون المكتب الدولي / دكتور داينس / طاقم العمل في المستشفى.
