Dr. McLawhorn is a bright & brilliant surgeon who is extremely competent, caring, compassionate & communicative. His attention to his patients is hard to surpass. In just six weeks, I am pain-free and moving around like nothing happened. He was also able to correct a leg length deficiency from a previous surgery, which was very uncomfortable and unsightly for me. He is TOPS in my book and will be my forever joint replacement doctor. His staff in New York and Stamford are wonderful. Due to Covid, I went to HSS Stamford and was extremely pleased with the staff and the hospital! They took care of my every need and truly cared that I was unable to have a family member with me! I was very comfortable there! I can not say enough good things about Dr. McLawhorn.
