After being treated by an orthopedist for almost 30 years his death, precipitated me coming to HSS. It was an easy decision to make where to go, but the whole thought of starting over again with someone new was nerve wracking. The first doctor I saw was a foot and ankle surgeon. He was understanding of my situation and immediately put me at ease. I knew I had made the right choice. He diagnosed my problem quickly and came up with a treatment plan. As treatment progressed he referred me to Dr. Richman and Dr. Pearle. They are just as wonderful. I wish I didn't have to come to HSS and that I didn't have orthopeadic and pain issues, but I am glad that I met the wonderful doctors who are treating me. I am very pleased with the treatment I have received and whenever someone asks who my doctors are I recommend them confidence.
