Being born with Cerebral Palsy has presented me with many obstacles over the years. After 6 surgeries I wasn't sure if I wanted to put myself through another but I am so glad I did.
On Dec. 6th 2013, I had a tibia lengthening surgery on my left leg preformed by Dr. Austin Fragomen. Dr. Fragomen made sure I knew every detail of what I would go through and made me feel very comfortable. The surgery was a huge success, I was able to grow an inch and a half of bone and my walking is completely changed. On May 14th, 2016 I completed my first 5K in 58 mins. I'm forever grateful to Dr. Fragomen, he is kind, extremely talented at his job and genuinely wants to change people's lives for the better. Thank you HSS!
