Dr. Elizabeth Gausden is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon. She performed a complex left knee replacement for me, and today I am able to kneel in my garden for more than six hours a day, five days a week, with complete ease.
She has also replaced both of my hips, including a very complex revision of a Smith-Petersen hip procedure originally performed in 1960. For each surgery, Dr. Gausden explained the procedure thoroughly and ensured I felt fully informed. I experienced no bleeding, no bruising (except in the extremely complex left hip revision), minimal pain, and no complications from any of my procedures.
