I have been an extremely physically active outdoors person in my lifetime and most fortunate in my good health; when I found my self struggling with back pain and sleeping issues that severely impaired my ability to do these things it was very difficult. Dr. Milani’s compassionate and knowledgeable care helped move me forward step by step through physical therapy, medication, spinal injection and daily body mechanic changes and an exercise program that brought me back to my previous state of well being. I am once again not only functioning at close to 100% but also continuing to enjoying all the outdoor activities that are so much a part of our life.
