On July 2, 2016, my family and I were at the park for a concert. I asked mom if I could go play on the playground and she said, "yes". So I went to the playground and I was playing on the monkey bars, but then I fell on my right foot where I just had surgery and I fractured my heel. "OUCH!" I screamed in pain and started to cry. Dad heard me and came running over to me as I kept crying and crying. Dad brought me home and put some ice on my foot, but that didn't help. The next day my mom tried to stretch my foot but it still hurt a lot! She started to cry because she thought my foot was broken and called Dr. Dodwell, who suggested we first go to the emergency room. The next day we went to see Dr. Dodwell and she took more X-rays and sure enough, I had a fracture in my right heel bone! She gave me a waterproof cast so I could still walk on it and go swimming. Dr. Dodwell helped me to Get back in the game!
