For almost 6 months before having my knee procedure in June 2023 with Dr. Allen, I couldn't walk more than a block without debilitating pain. I have been athletic my entire life (tennis, biking, hiking, pickleball) I was devastated by this condition.
It took a lot of post-operative work strengthening my legs again with PT and fitness on my own but now, I can do everything I did before including a 4 day hiking trip in February 2024. He is an amazing doctor and his staff is the gold standard in health care.
