I was impressed with the personal care from my first phone conversation with Dr. Hannafin's office staff to my last PT session with Justin Clark, My preliminary office visit with Dr. Hannafin gave me the information I needed to make the decision as to whether or not to have the procedure on my knee. I decided I wanted to go ahead with it.
All the pre/post op instructions, insurance coverage information, and the plan for my PT were explained to me with clarity. All of my questions were addressed by knowledgeable and courteous staff. Dr Hannafin was exceptional!! She did a beautiful job making sure I understood everything about the surgery and about my rehab. The clinic in Stamford where I did PT is an exceptional facility with an A+ staff! Justin made my sometimes painful PT fun and challenging while giving me a plethora of encouragement. I looked forward to going each time, regaining range of motion, flexibility and strength. He was always personable, attentive and clear as to what the objectives were. When it was time to be out on my own I was ready!
