I had never before worked with a trainer, but at age 75, I realized that I needed help to stem my osteoporosis, improve my posture after too many decades bent over a desk, and strengthen my core and leg muscles to try to guard again falls. A good friend who has past experience with trainers encouraged me to start a program with Matthew Accetta, who was recommended by her primary care physician. And I will be forever grateful to them both!
Matthew is smart, knowledgeable and accomplished, warm and friendly, and always encouraging. He creates routines that are varied and progressive to gracefully move me to the next level. I leave a session feeling energized, having been challenged but without ever straining.
I always look forward to my next training session and after just three months working with Matthew, I can already see and feel the difference: My posture is better. My legs are stronger, so I am walking with more confidence and power. Meanwhile, I am excited for my next bone density test, which I believe will show remarkable progress in rebuilding my bones.
