I had a great experience! My hip replacement surgery was so easy, I flew through it. The pain I had disappeared with the surgery so I did not have a need for heavy medication afterwards, just acetaminophen for the inflammation around the site. Lots of icing and walking made all the difference for a speedy recovery. I felt like a new person, seriously, I could not believe it! Today, walking, hiking, skiing, yoga, and weightlifting are a breeze and at 60 I feel better than I have ever felt. I feel so much better. I lost over 10 pounds because I have the energy to be more active consistently. I tell all my friends who are considering hip surgery that it’s super easy (plug and play) and not to listen to anybody else. Thank you Dr. McLawhorn for such an amazing experience!
