I feel very fortunate and blessed to have had the benefit of the skill, expertise and sheer dedication of a surgeon at the level of Dr. Jose Rodriguez. At the age of 74, and still pursuing my law enforcement training career - which I love - I have Dr. Rodriguez to thank because recently I was able to complete a ballistic shield instructor class for police officer first responders 10 weeks out from my hip replacement surgery.
